Pros

Ceridian makes big efforts to be a life balance company. They strive for excellence by first taking care of their employees.

Cons

Some of the departments have fallen off track a bit and have a harder approach to how results are achieved from their company. Hard times called for hard measures, I am curious to see what happens in their rebound.

Pros

Ability to work virtually from home. This is the only pro, and that has been attacked

Cons

No room for growth without moving to one of the 4 "Centers of Excellence" in the country. Employees who are in field offices have very limited room for growth. Company recently became 'private' and is owned by a private equity firm. Much instability surrounding this issue as employees do not know what to expect. Going Public you expect growth, going Private has been confusing and management itself is unsure. Added to that the CEO just left...
