Great time off policy and lots of great people to work with. Work/life balance is excellent. Ideal company if you just want to cruise through your work day.

Cons

The tech stack is very old and although there has been talks to modernize the stack, the changes are very slow to execute. Career growth opportunity is limited. There is shortage of testers in most of the teams so sprint plannings are done very very conservatively and you end up with lots of hours to spare if you are a developer. Not a lot of challenging projects to work on.
