Pros

- Slightly above average compensation - Room to grow your career - Good office location for people travelling from outside the city

Cons

Things used to be better but after a heavy emphasis on growth, the culture that the company was founded on has been shattered. Any time you complain to management you would just hear "that's just the way it is". Not good enough! - Heavy corporate politics and finger pointing - Poor planning and long hours in response to it - Bad development practices - No unit/code testing at all. Since the application is so large, it's impossible to QA the entire thing before release and as a result maybe hotfixes per week are a regular thing - Shameful NPS scores CEO makes a big deal about going public but it's clear all he wants is his own pay day. Pros

Nice co workers and managers Lot's of opportunity of growth Good pay Work life balance Culture ...

Cons

I have nothing to say here. There are so many smart developers here and if you have a competitive personality and want to always be the best, you have to try hard.
