Pros

I really don't have any pros about this company except I enjoyed working with the leasing agents.

Cons

This company doesn't value family. You are expected to work regardless of any health issues you or your family is experiencing. They only promote their friends regardless of how unqualified they are. Upper management rarely ever comes to the property and only get second hand information from on-site managers who only try to cover their own behinds. This company hires minorities but we are not treated equally at all.

Pros

Decent health insurance is all.

Cons

What a toxic place to work on the Envest side. The upper management is terrible. I earned 93 hours of vacation to only not ever be able to take a vacation, have time off with my minor daughter after she got out the hospital or take a mental break myself after working 120 hours every 2 weeks, working a major file audit before the state comes, monitoring 3 contractors after the freeze storm for months, canceling 10-13 applicants bc housing couldn’t make it fast enough, being told I better find cash applicants bc we have to many housing vouchers & being mentally exhausted. Numbers, numbers, numbers they say you don’t have time to take off your numbers are low. They made me work while I had covid in bed dying sick. Then upper management said when HR emails you tell them you didn’t work or you will lose your vacation and sick time. So I wasn’t supposed to work? No, but they made me. They threaten your livelihood and your apartment on property. You get belittled and lose yourself from mental stress. I had to see a psychiatrist while I worked there. They play sick mind games that can cause a breakdown. I worked here 2 1/2 years, never called in, never talked back, did what I was told& gave more than 100% daily. They don’t care about employees and then you
