Pros

Been with the company almost 2 years. Dayrise supports your every need! Amazing peers to work with. My second family! Wonderful benefits and bonus structure.

Cons

Don't have really anything bad to say. My only wish is if they would start matching our 401K. That would be a plus!

None to talk about at all.

Cons

They treat you like a number. They don't care about the employees or the opinions. They expect you to overwork and not get paid for it. Your literally on call 24/7. You only move up if you know someone. They have a high turnover of superiors. They are unfair & pick & choose who they write up.

Suan is one of the partners and she is amazing, she knows every single employee by name and makes you feel appreciated. Good salary and training.

Cons

Wish they had better benefits life policy, health insurance is high, and they do not match 401k.
