Days Inn General Manager reviews

The owner has run my hotel to the ground. The work environment has become hostile, I am unable to fill my position properly because I am one of two employees that are required to work the front desk, do the breakfast bar, housekeeping all at the same time. Our pay checks constantly bounce, so we stoped accepting a check from the owner, we get paid in cash, and most of the time we do not get paid our paychecks all at once. We are forced to take some and wait almost a week or longer for the rest. I could say a lot more but I’ll stop there.
