Pros

Great customers that are nice to deal with. Location is perfect as well. Not much else can be said. New businesses opening all around providing more business.

Cons

Cheap management. Doesn't support staff. No benefits, even for management. Privately owned so they keep all profits. No bonuses or growth availability.

Pros

It was a job, my fellow employees were nice, it was nice to at least a little pay for my time.

Cons

Low wages, poor communication, lack of appreciation by franchise owners, misuse by franchise owners, dishonesty by franchise owners, foreign franchise owners. My list could go on... If the franchise is owned by foreigners, please keep looking.
