Pros

The benefits were really amazing. I had a really supportive team and everyone at DePaul was really nice to work with.

Cons

I unfortunately got laid off. I would say that management took a bit too long to come to a layoff decicion. They also had a budget crisis in late 2025 that led to benefits being cut like raises and retirement contributions. It was really tough.

Gained hands-on experience troubleshooting classroom technology and supporting faculty during live sessions. Good opportunity to develop communication and problem-solving skills.

Occasionally repetitive tasks and limited opportunities to transition into a full-time role.
