Excellent benefits package, including full tuition waiver. State of the art campuses and facilities. Flexible work schedules and equitable performance assessment.

Cons

Measurable resources devoted to recruitment, while resources are extremely lacking in the support offices dedicated to serving students once they're enrolled. Pay is not competitive, and leadership often lacks engagement.

Pros

Great work - life balance. Very caring and supportive environment. Not corporate at all. Great vacation benefits - and great only working a 35 hour work week.

Cons

Full of the red tape and politics that goes along with higher education. Too many people who are promoted because they have just been there - people get comfortable doing very little and that becomes the status quo.
