Great company culture. Coworkers are always willing to help you or answer questions. Many people have been here for decades, which says a lot about the company. Managers value employee input in decision making and will often defer to their people as the experts or hold open dialog to gain feedback. There is a focus on continuous improvement and new ideas are appreciated. Senior management is thoughtful, communicates well, and provides clear visions for the future. They offer great pay and benefits packages, as well as yearly bonuses. Employees are rewarded with raises, promotions (they love to promote from within), public recognition, and sometimes company swag or gift cards. The company cares about the surrounding community and offers regular volunteer opportunities during paid work hours, with incentives for participating! DeZURIK leadership has done an excellent job navigating the pandemic and always keeping employee health and safety as a top concern. They quickly transitioned to remote or hybrid work as needed, put mask mandates in place ahead of surrounding governments and kept them in place longer (reinstated with rising community transmission), invested in additional equipment for employees, and continue to keep a close eye on emergent data to inform their policies. I really can't say enough good things about this company!
