Great Onboarding Experience

Pros

Onboarding process gives an opportunity to meet key people. Engineering staff spend time in production to see how the product is built. This will provide all of the tools for a successful career at Dezurik

Cons

Have not seen any bad things yet. Some Hardware shortages due to Covid. Onboarding was like a tidal wave of information.

Great interviewing & onboarding experience

Pros

Although I am fairly new, the interviewing process was painless with great communication and flawless execution. It was clear they valued all team members involvement and input. When onboarding they were prepared for my first day, open and flexible to my transition needs and extremely welcoming. I am impressed with the leadership, goals and strategic discussions already occurring. The following values were highlighted to me the first week of work: Drivin to win right, Can do!, High Power-Low Ego, Thrive Together which matches well with my personal value base and is exciting to know the framework and communication around these expectations exists.

Cons

I have yet to experience anything to put in this box.
