-Flexible work schedule -Good work/life balance -Great work culture, everyone is friendly and happy to help -Your work really makes an impact on the company as a whole -Management listens to you

Cons

-Sometimes workloads can get heavy -Sudden org changes can throw you off -Benefits are weak...they are alright for the employee, but any benefits for other family members are awful.
