Pros

Lost of independence and ability to own your work Great group of people to collaborate with Product is super cool, and vision for the future is amazing. Really a place for me to grow and develop. Lots of responsibility awarded to everyone.

Cons

At times too much work. But it isn't like that all the time.

Pros

Fantastic culture! I am friends with so many of my co-workers. Everyone in the company is extremely intelligent and I feel fortunate to work with such a talented group of individuals. Great management, they really want to know how they can improve and actually implement suggestions given by employees. Opportunity to grow with the company. Flexible schedule. Free lunch every day!

Cons

I truly don't have any "cons". I love my job and this company.

Lots of responsibility and exposure to new and challenging work. The team is solid and friendly with great attitudes despite the stresses of startup life. Work/life balance is possible if you focus on priorities and work hard.

Cons

Lots of chaos in a startup, things move fast. Sometimes there are too many projects to work on at once.
