Pros

Deako has a strong identity and steers toward a well-defined mission. Everyone at the company is on that same mission. Leadership is well-defined as are goals and objectives. While it is a demanding work environment, it is also fair and respectful; also constantly evolving and improving.

Cons

As with most young companies, resources are at time strained and priorities can shift based on company needs. And sometimes long hours are necessary

Pros

So much room to grow! I love working with such amazing and talented people. I trust the leaders of the company 100%. My experience here has been incredible and the amount of responsibility given to me was flattering. Deako has definitely been the most transparent company I have ever worked for and always put their employees first.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but if you aren't proactive and a self-starter you will struggle here.
