      Pros

      The position has a high degree of informality and it is one of the areas that they highlight in their employment adds.

      Cons

      When a company advertises itself as fun to work, informal, etc you know it is a low pay, high demand sweatshop. The turnover at this place by my informal count was just under 20% a year. If you have any life outside of work such as a family this is not the place for you. Salary in the low 30s. I was let go after refusing to carry a pager and provide support between 8PM - 8AM for $25.
