- Everyone is very friendly - Camaraderie with colleagues - Good company culture

Cons

- Poor base salary - Script heavy and monotonous day-to-day - Promotions aren't that much of a step up (any substantial raise will be through raised commission) - Long work hours / odd schedule - Little to no remote flexibility - Horrible work life balance

Pros

I really enjoyed my time working at DearDoc. It has a phenomenal culture where you are not just a number, but recognized for your abilities and contributions. There is a ton of room for growth and professional improvement, provided by an excellent management team and training materials. All of the people surrounding you are like minded and kind, and truly want to help you succeed for the sake of you being successful. You even get to know the C Suite on a personal level and never feel too intimidated to have a real, genuine, down to earth conversation with them. Additionally, everything is merit based, not necessarily based on time in position, or politics, or anything like that. If you want to progress your career, so long as you work hard, perform well, and ask leadership/mentors for guidance, you will.

Cons

Base Pay is fairly low considering the market rate, however if you’re willing to grind, you control your own destiny in terms of OTE, and there is a solid balance in benefits. If you’re willing to really put in the work to be successful, you will be.

Pros

The free lunches and team outings feel like bait. These gestures are tossed out to distract people from how bleak and miserable the reality of working here truly is.

Cons

- Nobody in this place seems to have a clue about anything, and the entire setting spins in constant disorder. - The so-called leadership stumbles from one blunder to another, full of arrogance and completely closed off to any form of guidance. - Awful decisions are made regularly, and ownership is never taken, with blame shoved onto employees to dodge accountability. - Managers are no improvement. Many of them are hostile and swollen with pride, barking out unreasonable commands that make the staff feel like personal assistants. - Employees are forced to run errands that have nothing to do with the actual company. - People here are overworked, underpaid, and ignored. - Crushing workloads and unforgiving deadlines keep coming, all while support is nowhere to be found. - Growth is an empty promise, and any real effort goes unnoticed. - Working at DearDoc has been one of the most miserable experiences of my career.
