This could be valuable if you want broad work experience and are curious to try everything to see where you fit.

Cons

This job demands doing everything at once: administrative tasks, HR duties, accommodating new hires, and office maintenance. It is absurd when you imagine it, but the reality is completely exhausting. Scheduled for four hours per day, yet the workload consistently exceeds that because there is simply too much to handle.
