Pros

Even though I’m remote, I feel connected to the team. The onboarding department is organized, and leadership gives us great tools and scripts to guide new customers. There’s real emphasis on making customers successful, not just getting them live. My manager, Elton, is the BEST. He checks in regularly, and there’s room to suggest improvements.

Cons

Because the company moves fast, sometimes priorities shift quickly, but that’s part of working in a growing tech company.

The AE role rewards performance - commissions are uncapped, and leadership notices top performers. It’s a meritocracy, not a place where tenure matters more than output.

Cons

It’s demanding. You’ll be on the phone, on demos, and constantly learning. But if you embrace that, the earning potential and growth are unmatched.
