Pros

They teach you real sales skills here. Managers coach you daily, and you can actually move up fast if you perform. I’ve already seen multiple SDRs promoted to Account Executive within a year. The team culture is competitive but positive, and leadership genuinely wants people to win.

Cons

It’s very metrics-driven. If you don’t like being measured daily or held accountable, this isn’t for you.

Pros

DearDoc has one of the best sales cultures I’ve seen. You’re surrounded by ambitious people who want to win, and leadership actually invests in training. The office energy in NYC is electric!! Music playing, people closing deals, high-fives all day. If you’re competitive and hungry, this is the right place. I came in with no SaaS experience and doubled my income within 8 months.

Cons

It’s not for everyone. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and you need to handle rejection well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such an awesome and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve experienced firsthand what makes DearDoc’s sales culture so special — the drive, the teamwork, and the commitment to winning together. Our goal has always been to create an environment where ambitious people can learn, grow, and reach new levels of success, and it’s amazing to know that our training and leadership support helped you double your income within your first 8 months — that’s exactly the kind of success story we love to celebrate! We completely agree that DearDoc’s pace is fast and the energy in the NYC office is like no other — it’s all about creating momentum, celebrating wins, and learning quickly from challenges. You’re absolutely right that this type of environment isn’t for everyone, but for those who thrive in a high-performance culture, it can be incredibly rewarding both personally and professionally. Thank you also for your feedback about sales training — we take pride in constantly evolving and improving our onboarding and development programs so every rep feels equipped to succeed. Pros

The only saving grace was the kindness and support of my co-workers, who did their best to keep things from falling apart.

Cons

- Incompetence is woven into the company’s culture, turning daily work into a cycle of confusion and frustration. - Leadership lacks direction, skill, and any sense of accountability. - Decisions are reckless and short-sighted, often leaving employees to clean up the mess. - Guidance is nonexistent because the people in charge barely understand their own roles. - Growth and learning are impossible in a place run by those who have nothing valuable to teach.
