Pros
Compensation is competitive. Management takes an active interest in mentoring employees and helping them achieve career milestones. Outstanding performance is always rewarded here. I received two promotions and won a trip to the Bahamas in my first year. The team is the most supportive of any I have ever worked with and most of your coworkers would give you the shirt off their back. We're in it together 100%. Our group is customer obsessed and prides itself on creating genuine human connections in a digital world. Any talented business professional who embodies the values of hustle and heart will do well here.
Cons
No cons, just challenges common to most jobs and companies. We are young and we constantly evolving. Sometimes you will work on a project with undefined processes. It is important to bring strong critical thinking skills and a curious mindset to work each day. In a distributed workforce, it is also crucial to be a self-starter. You'll have all the tools and support you need, but it's up to you to make the most of each day. You will not be micromanaged, but you will be expected to meet KPIs. We are doing well and we are busy. It is important to stay organized and be efficient. Everyone pitches in to help everyone else and it works well because we all pull our own weight.

The way they treat you is genuine, they really care about you and your growth. Coworkers are another level as well - there's no bad blood or rivalry Your work load is moderate
