Like my last review I left, this company promises you everything,from sales experience to working for a reputable business. However, they failed to live up to either of those during my time at DearDoc. If you ever had an issue with quota, here's some Jordan Belfort videos to watch. They all idolize the guy, a former criminal might I add. Outside of that, the hours are insane (9:30-6:30), the salary is well below market value, and they do not inform you about the product at all. They tell you exactly what to say and how to say it, even if it means straight up lying to the potential client about a free survey just so they show up. No strategic outreach either, just seeing which objection handle sticks with the person on the phone and hoping it sticks until they hang up. It was very promising at first, but I could not get out of there fast enough. I genuinely have no idea how the business has not gotten in serious legal stuff yet based off unethical sales tactics and basically running a cold calling sweatshop all at the expense of fresh college grads who are promised expertise they never get.

Can burnout, not for everybody
