Working here was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The work environment was chaotic and disorganized, with no support from management. One of the biggest issues here is the extremely low pay compared to the high cost of living in the area. Employees were struggling to make ends meet and it seemed that management was not interested in addressing this issue. Furthermore, there is a lack of strong leadership. There was no one in a position of authority that employees could confide in or turn to for help. This lack of support only added to the already toxic work environment. In addition, it is crucial to highlight that there were instances of inappropriate comments made and it was disheartening to see that there was no accountability or repercussions for those responsible. The lack of action taken by the company to address such behavior only served to perpetuate a culture of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
