Pros

- Management is very hands on. They make you feel like you matter and help you be the best version of yourself every single day - Very challenging yet rewarding - PMA- Positive mental attitudes all around! - monthly happy hours - monthly incentives to hit and exceed your goals.

Cons

Its a very very very challenging position. Work is currently hybrid, so we don't get that in office feel like we used to. Hours could be a little better but not bad at all,

Pros

I have worked for a bunch of sales companies in the past and have never been happy with the combination of culture, pay, and growth potential. DearDoc is finally a company that has provided all of this for me. I have been here for about 6 months now and I plan on staying here for the long term. Management is excellent and always has my best interest in mind.

Cons

There are no cons for me.
