Sales Org that actually sets attainable goals. Great working environment in a great location, with great people. Multiple team nights out each month with the company floating the entire bill. Leadership that actually cares about your social well being just as much as your work life.

Cons

Work-hard/play-hard environment. If you don't like putting in hours this isn't the place for you.

DearDoc continues to do AMAZING work for clients and the whole team is aligned to that goal. DearDoc also hires the best people out there and puts them in a position to tackle tough problems, and supports them every step of the way.

DearDoc is the best! Great team to work with!!! Managers are always helping out the team and finding ways on how to improve the company and the work environment even though the team is based on different parts of the world. They do a great job each day! The rest of the team is always very helpful and nice. The company has a lot of potential and I'm sure that it will grow tremendously this 2020.

Cons

When you work for DearDoc, bear in mind that you are not actually working for them but for a third party company, which hires you under the scheme of "self-employed", (not as a formal employee) lacking all kind of employment benefits that could come with it. If you are ok with this scheme and is something you are looking for it's the best fit for you!
