Culture, team, competitiveness, everyday you will challenge yourself to be the best of the best. DearDoc only finds winners and those looking to be the best version of his or herself. There is 0 favoritism, promotions are based off of results no matter who you are. You are genuinely excited for Monday morning and can’t wait to be with your 2nd family. We think differently, and achieve results that others don’t because we do things that others won’t. If you are looking for a company that truly puts its people first and invests in their success, then you found the right place.

What I appreciate the most about DearDoc is the fact that we challenge the norm to bring a better experience for our customers and our team. Although we are a younger company and growing fast, we have a great team of people who work hard and do their best every day. Our pillars stand strong in the team and we are always looking for ways to innovate and become better everyday. #thinkdifferently. The environment is fun and recognition is highly encouraged and fostered weekly in our team meetings. We also look for opportunities to help our team members grow with learning and development. I'm looking forward to our bright future.

Everyone at DearDoc is super passionate about what we do. The energy is palpable and I absolutely love it! I've seen myself become a workaholic (in a good way!) and definitely looking forward to coming to work. The company is growing very fast, and it gives incredible opportunities for growth within the company. DearDoc is a company that values improvement and is always looking for better ways to connect with our clients, which I think is really important.
