There's a strong focus on employee well being and culture at DearDoc. Work-life balance is encouraged and management works to ensure that all employees are felt safe and welcome across departments. Great energy in the office, exciting and motivational morning meetings and constant positive reinforcement by all team members. Dog-friendly office is always a huge plus!
