Eh really none other than the people they hired were great and they paid you, even though the pay is not great and there is very little commission. Other than that none. Showed me what red flags to look for in a company. If you join as an SDR, be prepared to make over 400 dials every day. Tell people you work for either apple or web MD, and not get any commission as it’s based on the meetings you booked, not the dollar amount of revenue you bring it. For example, if you book 1 meeting worth 20k and someone else books 4 meetings worth 5k the 4 meetings are worth more. Craziest thing I’ve ever heard. It’s all a joke. They actually make everything up. Good luck to anyone thinking about taking this, it's super stressful for no reason.

Oh boy.. gonna run out of room here. I do value them for showing me all the things to look for in a failing company. First off, they use Apple as an in for their sales, only allow a one call close, and overall are just very pushy salespeople. Ranked a top startup in NYC and we are watching Kobe Bryant and Jordan belfort inspirational videos in the morning meetings….like??? They also set crazy goals for the SDRS, overhire and then pump and dump. The higher ups take no responsibility for anything that happens at the company. Straight up. Company is failing for sure, many many issues. I may be young, but this was the worst company I have been at. Happy to be out of that storm. It’s also crazy cause if you go to management about something, a complaint or voice your opinions in any way they will just fire you lmao. Can’t believe they are viewed as a good company. If you go on BB ratings people are telling the truth. Sketchy in everything they do. Get ready to constantly be in state of panic as you are being asked to hit unreasonable metrics. Also, they will hold competitions that count as meetings booked and revenue. Upper level clearly play favorites, in all honesty every day I felt like I was going to summer camp and not a job in NYC.
