Pros

Good company culture. implement most of your bookish knowledge on the sales field with lot of freedom and accountability. A fast paced retail environment for understanding business. Good for smart people with basic qualifications. No degrees, no education required. Casual working culture with openness.

Cons

poor salary, no social life, not good for well educated graduates from reputed colleges, poor incentive and bonus policy, unorganized training methods, doesn't care about talent competencies

Pros

The company is having a very friendly relationship with its employees, provides autonomy and great opportunities for promotions in short duration, people have different options after initially joining as sales manager because the company is integrated.

Cons

The greatest challenge is standing for all eight hours during work, other thing is mobility people are ready to be mobile but the accommodation is not taken care by the company and when they are shifted they are paid same as before.
