Pros

From the way of recruitment to the way of working ,everything is just perfect in it's own way.No body cares if you are an undergraduate or a post graduate, all that matters is performance. You perform you grow..and there is no limit of growth and don't even get me started on the the speed of growth. You perform and you take a salary that your friends can only think of. Flat heirarchy,an amazing adaption.Being a decathlonian is one of the coolest thing you will do in your life...Customer oriented pproach in everything we do.To sum it up If you are not one of those boring person who wants to live a boring life in a boring cubicle at boring working hours of 9 to 6 come join Decathlon.

Cons

Are you kidding???People who are writing bout long hours of work and bad management are most probably one of those who like to work in a small room daily on the same seat with the same salary for ages from 9 to 6.in short who are boring and likes monotonous jobs.sorry folks but this is not the decathlon's way.People this is called flexibilty and adaptability. It's a sports company and fitness is the mantra and therefore we along 'with our CEO' likes to stand and work. Two different types of people exist..followers and leaders..we are leaders and we like to lead by an example.

Pros

Guys who could not find anything else will stick to the company

Cons

Its full of Cons. Based on false promises! 1. Work is 6 full days a week. This is in no way productive for the employees and work is very very hectic. So say goodbye to having a life. They say you'll b productive when you're working fewer hrs(48h) but six days. It was never 48h rather over 65 hrs. 2. Pay is also low for the amount and type of work you need to do.Work is just same as a salesman. MBA won't be counted! 3. The training system is very poor, No product training, no proper training for ERP System and you are expected to deliver result. 4. Inadequate resources provided and you end up wasting time for simple tasks. 5. Older employees tend to be jealous and discouraging towards newer ones and are opinionated. 6. LOTS of Exploitation! In short, they do not practice what they preach (claim to practice)
