Pros

Good people, the job is cool and very difficult to understand the needs of end users as it is a really technical company from an industry point of view ; a lot a opportunities to learn good technologies and become a successfull engineer

Cons

No consideration for good software engineer ; new comers with same experience and expertise are 500-600 euros paid more than me (gross base salary) because the market has changed but our management don't care and keep paying us very badly, and the bonuses are here to make the company even richer as you invest in the company to pay less taxes Overall, work here for 3-4 years and then go somewhere else to be paid well enought and stop eating pasta and be a poor french software engineer

Pros

Growth prospects, unless you end up in CLT (Decathlon UK)

Cons

- CLT management: will actively impede you to progress and will bully you to leave if you hurt their ego (Decathlon UK) - Micromanagement - Pay isn't great - laughable yearly rises (if any)
