Good staffs discounts, decent supporting team.. good products.

Cons

Bad dept managers who think very highly of themself.. could very well be the most unhappy department managers in retail industry.. too many Malays in the industry.

Pros

The store I worked at had a great core team who I consider friends long after I left. Fun and active environment! Great development opportunities.

Cons

Communication beyond the store was slow and it could often take weeks to get an issue resolved if you needed to involve head office. The smaller departments would be allocated less staff hours but still expected to have cover at all times which often led to manager working unpaid overtime.
