Good company to work for in Columbus.

Pros

DTI has a good work life balance. I really appreciate that the company allows flexibility in your workday and PTO. My co-workers are easy to work with, and I feel supported by DTI managers. Because of this, I doubt if I will be able to work here for very long. But for the time being, I'm enjoying learning new things and picking up a few skills.

Cons

I only wish the pay was a bit higher.

Pros

I have worked as a Digital Accessibility SME/consultant for 20 years and Dedicated is by far the best staffing agency I have had the pleasure to work with. They are truly invested in their consultants and their community.

Cons

I wish they partnered with JPMC, but I am confident that they have their reasons not to.
