Pros

The support staff is outstanding. You will always feel you have the full support of the company. They make an effort to keep you informed and make sure you feel included as an employee.

Cons

I don't really have any cons for DTI. It's a job, not everything is perfect but for the most part this company really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. There was a fair amount of paperwork but I don't think it was too burdensome.

Quality is very important to DTI, and the company is devoted to providing quality services to its clients. I enjoy working for this company because of its focus on building a great culture. The company promotes a strong relationship with its consultants.

Cons

Could expand to more clients outside the greater Columbus area. The company already has the resources for it to expand.

You will work hard at Dedicated Technologies - if you don't like to work hard and reap the reward, this place may not be for you. That said, it's a satisfying place to work.
