This company is ran by a terribly unorganized and overbearing person. She does not administer compensation when it has been earned, and she threatens her employees with lawsuits if they even have friendly conversations with past employees. She also does not allow you to have the freedom to do your job, which makes it hard to advance. There is a terrible work/life balance and there are no fringe benefits included. If you are thinking about applying to work here, think about other alternatives. No one deserves to work for someone like this.
