Pros

- Probably one of the smartest and most entertaining group of people I've ever worked with - Huge market opportunity - Phone calls and meetings are a part of every day business. Transcribing audio from these conversations opens up a world of possibilities for analysis and automation - Excited to get in early and be a part of the team that's building the company, and seeing the success of other groups making headway is inspiring also.

Cons

Like any start up there is a lot to do so its up to you to find your work / life balance.

Pros

Team members are trusted and empowered. Deepgram's leadership is flexible and open to new ideas. Intellectual curiosity is encouraged and the goal of the individual respected. The team feels like a supportive community with each other's best interests at heart. Great benefits, options to work remotely.

Cons

Honestly, things are pretty great. We have some minor organizational kinks to work out as we scale, but overall, Deepgram is in a very healthy place.
