Pros

Innovative company shipping fast and solving problems. Cool tech, solid engineering chops, substantial compute resources. Great people to work with and great incentives to work there.

Cons

Structure around remote-first work is evolving as company scales. Must be a motivated, flexible, and independent to be successful.

Pros

Deepgram is a great place to learn and grow from both a technical and customer-facing standpoint. The people are great and leadership cares a lot about creating a great environment for their employees. WLB is good here as well. Highly recommend!

Cons

Mostly just startup related stuff. Benefits and comp aren't as aren't as big as some of the larger companies, but the opportunity for career growth, learning, and having good teammates is offsetting

Amazing, thoughtful, considerate, engaged people working on an incredible, best-in-class product in a hot, growing market.

Cons

Competition with the big tech companies, for both product and talent.
