Pros

You’ve got a strong client base with almost no spend behind it. The business is already profitable which gives you huge freedom to scale. Your voice tech has real advantages that others don’t. And honestly, you’re set up to become one of the top Voice Agent AI players out there.

Cons

The research team is moving slow which puts the company at risk of being overtaken by faster innovators. The CEO feels disconnected from the real vision and doesn’t show strong commitment. The culture is outdated and needs fresh talent to push real innovation. Marketing and outside brand is very weak. You will keep losing talent to new , more innovative companies.
