Pros

- Unlimited DTO - Nice people outside of management

Cons

- Directionless. Leadership is either unwilling to communicate vision/direction or truly have no idea what they're doing day to day. - Agree or go. Unless you completely agree with the Executive team, and specifically the CEO, your days are numbered.

We definitely have things we need to improve in regards to our internal communications. This was raised in our Fall engagement survey and something we’ve been actively working on. The market has changed dramatically in the last couple quarters and we are shifting to respond to new technologies and to meet our customer needs. We take this feedback seriously and are dedicated to ensuring we do better to communicate our vision and how we’ll get there.

Layoffs are here, so is a retreat to Mexico

Pros

Most people (outside of some AEs and Sales) are really smart and friendly. WFH stipend. Unlimited time off (assuming you're in the right department)

Cons

Layoffs have started. 9% laid off literally a month before an all expenses paid company retreat to Mexico. Interesting use of funds. Gaslighting and false hope for the company are abundant. Zuckerberg style Zoom layoff.

Earlier this year, unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to several team members in response to changing business needs. This decision was not taken lightly and we tried our best to act with empathy. We provided generous separation benefits and offered support to help former DGers with their job search. Increasing community and collaboration was a major priority for us in 2023, especially with these shifting business needs, and so we decided to move forward with the offsite.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, Unlimited PTO

Cons

Communication across the company is terrible. Poor communication is part of the culture. They are trying to change that, but the problem lies at the very top, and it won't change until they acknowledge that.
