Pros

Fun people who really strive to support each other. No spotlight hogs. These folks give credit where it's due. Fully remote but they strive to be well connected and foster relationships. They hire quality people and let them do what they're good at. They've built a top-notch product that keeps getting better.

Cons

They're still start-up scrappy so if you're expecting the perks of a billion-dollar company, it's not the place for you. They'll get there soon though.

Pros

We’re moving really quickly, our top-level communication is excellent, we have outstanding leadership, and we’re leading the way in AI.

Cons

We’re moving so fast that we sometimes stumble. Our new product development can be a bit rough, and we often have to push through the final stages to get it released.
