Great team. Deep work has created sustainable differentiation in a market that has come to Deepgram -all things streaming real-time voice. Fun team. Logical thinkers. Open to different opinions.

Cons

Scaling challenges as team grows and complexity grows. Nothing out of the ordinary for startups. Will need to hire for scale without losing the spirit.
