Pros

Team members are trusted and empowered. Deepgram's leadership is flexible and open to new ideas. Intellectual curiosity is encouraged and the goal of the individual respected. The team feels like a supportive community with each other's best interests at heart. Great benefits, options to work remotely.

Cons

Honestly, things are pretty great. We have some minor organizational kinks to work out as we scale, but overall, Deepgram is in a very healthy place.
