With a growing company, come growing pains. -Metrics are not concretely defined for analysts, so it can be difficult to measure your progress or performance -Many processes are still in the development phase, so analysts may rely more on experience than a documented process

A frustrating place to work with a few perks

Good Salary if you negotiate well Benefits are good Training Budget is very good

Cons

Senior leadership is very out of touch with what's happening within the company, most of them only seem interested in when their next summit will be. There's a lack of vision as to what they want the company to be. We're a services company but they insist on pivoting to a product company without any thought to where our core competencies lie. There is very little work life balance and if you're not careful you will find yourself "living at work" Senior Management lacks a spine and will not say no to even the most outlandish customer request.
