Bad decisions over and over

Pros

The people! And the potential.

Cons

Deepwatch has the potential to be a great place to work. But they continually make the wrong business decisions which end up in employees suffering the consequences. Frequent layoffs occur, and consistently happen after mass hiring periods and overspending on half baked product ideas that never materialize.

Pros

They pull you in with the salary

Cons

Multiple layoffs, horrible management. You really have to try to be a "BRO" all of the time. Of course some people and execs are cool but for the most part I would not recommend working here to any of my peers.
