      I love my work but leadership and internal communication are poor

      A lot of talented people; great facilities and equipment

      Cons

      Poor internal communication; a lot of change without a lot of transparency which leads to uncertainty and low morale; organization lacks strong leadership and direction

      Pros

      It's a very laid back place to work. People are for the most part happy with their jobs. Pay is compensable with duties and there is an in house deli.

      Cons

      Could be one of the best places to work ever. However, there is no room for growth. You're pretty much stuck in a paygrade unless you decide to leave. There are way to many leaders and confusion as to who does what. Many sections are duplicating others and employees don't understand why. I hear major restructuring is taking place, but I dont know how that has panned out.

      Pros

      Good place to gain experience in government Public Affairs activities.

      Cons

      - Senior leadership is completely disengaged - Promotion opportunities are nonexistent (or are repeatedly taken away/put on hold) - Problems are roundly ignored - The upcoming reorganization will be a dumpster fire. It's all predetermined, with zero input from SMEs or experienced personnel. - Good people are leaving in droves.
