Pros
Benefits are great, the Mission is great, and some of the people are great but that's about it.
Cons
Diversity is a joke at Defense Unicorns. There's a "policy" from the CEO down, that Unicorns are not allowed to speak about or publicly support the LGBTQIA+ community, or pride month. As a member of that community and ally of others it created a silent struggle and unsafe culture and workspace to be my authentic self. There were also several occasions of unicorns including a member of the recruiting team who has been at Defense Unicorns from the beginning using the derogatory f word that rhymes with Maggot. There's no room for growth, a lot of unicorns state that they are untouchable, there's a lot of nepotism across the company, and borderline bullying/mean girls type of culture especially with the original group of unicorns.
