The 401k benefit used to be great (20k, no match necessary), now it’s 6k match. The culture seemed great, but at the end of the day, it’s just a business. They will throw people away and not look back.

Because of Defense Unicorn's rapid growth, the working environment was chaotic and was subject to frequent changes in directions. When hired I was told I would not have to travel frequently but quickly learned that people in my role were expected to travel every other week. Additionally they self-promote their wonderful culture, but my experience there was marked my lack of mentorship, on-boarding, and clearly set expectations.
