The atmosphere is positive. Employees are happy to be here. Work closely with your manager to establish clear career goals, reviewed every six months to ensure you are where you wanted to be. Outstanding benefits. Employee portion for medical, dental & vision coverage is low. Flexible work hours. Voted one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia!

Cons

A lot of work to be done but you are well compensated.
