      Pros

      Great place to get locked up. The Inmates love it because the administration caters to their every whim and gripe.

      Cons

      As an Officer, you are a number. The administration tasks themselves with dividing you and your peers and driving you apart. You will be forced into mandatory overtime multiple times a week and you will miss out on holidays, family events, and the like. Good luck getting a day off approved as they are always experiencing "staffing issues."
