      Toxic culture, no windows in the office, career ladder is VERY HARD to navigate, lack of respect for employees, low morale, lack of adequate training, extremely high turnover rate.

      Benefits are good with OT available.

      Cons

      Horrible Leadership, Immature behavior throughout (including upper mgt), extremely unprofessional, believe it or not very cliquey as if it were a high school environment, most guards are police candidate fails with a chip on their shoulder.
