Pros

Great team, decent benefits, interesting work.

Cons

Very poor communication when the pandemic shut down business. Gave very little information on what what going on. When reopened did it with unrealistic expectations on limited staff causing people to work multiple jobs for reduced pay.

Pros

The company appreciates hard work and commitment. Even though it is a large company. Ownership still cares about their associates. Their vision and values are constantly reinforced and supported. Compensation is in line with industry standards. They understand work home balance and are very flexible in that regard.

Cons

The only one that I can think of is that the current covid situation has reduced staffing so you must wear multiple hats. This, however, should be temporary.
